Probably a tourist .. and very likely to be Welsh!

(a) Not drinking Beer
(b) Not wearing Wellie Boots
(c) He is standing and not wearing a jaunty hat
(d) He is correctly attired in the prerequisite nylon shirt, BUT trakkie bottoms???
